Welcome to Hong Kong: the harbour where the deal goes down is located at Seafood Distribution at Aberdeen Docks in Aberdeen, towards the end where Wei is caught, the harbour is overlooked by the Bank of China Tower to the far right. The opening credits sequence takes place in the police station where Wei works later in the game.
